Shǒu Wēi

Translation & Meaning

The stability is easy to keep, the pre-aggravation is easy to plot (against); the brittle is easy to divide, the tiny is easy to dissipate. Act it when not formed, govern it when not chaotic. A colossal tree, grows from a tiny tip; a nine-story platform, rises from piled dirt; a thousand miles’ journey, begins beneath the feet.
