  3. Unopened Items: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

 

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, plants).

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.

  • Digital or downloadable goods (if applicable).

 

Refund Process

  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions (for eligible items).

  4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please request a refund for the original item and place a new order.
